Key Lime Pie

A lowfat key lime pie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c water
  • 1 pkg sugar-free lime jello (4 serving)
  • 2 containers (6 oz) fat free key-lime yogurt
  • 1 tub (8 oz) reduced fat non-dairy whipped topping thawed
  • 1 keebler graham cracker reduced fat crust

Preparation

Step 1

Heat water in microwave for 45 sec to 1 1/2 min or until boiling. Whisk in jello until dissolved.
In a large bowl whisk together jello mixture and yogurt. Fold in whipped topping. Spread into crust. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Store in refrigerator and garnish with cool whip and slice of lime. 8 servings
