Ingredients
- 3 c basmati rice, rinsed
- 1 c coconut milk
- 4 c water (total liquid is 2-1)
- 2 bay leaves
- salt
- 2 cinammon sticks
- green chilies or whole black pepper corn
- garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in pot, boil on low heat till water is evaporated around 20 minutes.
