Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups seedless watermelon, diced
- 1 English cucumber, diced
- 1 cup radish, diced
- Lettuce leaves
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk mustard, oil and vinegar together in a bowl; season to taste with salt and pepper. Add watermelon, cucumber and radish. Toss and serve on lettuce leaves.
