Ingredients
- 1 pkg frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 6 tomatoes cut into 1/4 slices
- 1 C crumbled feta
- 1 1/2 C shredded Gouda
- 1/4 C olives, chopped
- minced basil and oregano
Preparation
Step 1
Unfold pastry; cut each sheet into 16 squares
Transfer squares to greased baking sheets
Sprinkle wiht Gouda, top with tomatoes, olive and feta
Bake at 400 for 14-18 minutes, sprinkle with herbs and serve.
