Ingredients
- Topping :
- 11/2 C. Flour
- 1/2 C. Sugar
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 C. Milk
- 1.2 C. Butter, melted
- 1 C. Fresh or Frozen Raspberries
- 1/4 C. Chopped Pecans
- 1/4 C. Brown Sugar
- 1/4 C. Flour
- 2 Tbsp. Melted Butter
Preparation
Step 1
In lg. bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder. In sm. bowl, mix milk, butter & egg. Mix together dry ingredients till just moist. Spoon 1 Tbsp. into muffin cups then cover with raspberries, then with more batter. Sprinkle raspberries ontop of batter. Mix topping together & sprinkle overtop. Bake at 375 for 20 min.
