Raspberry Steusel Muffins

Ingredients

  • Topping :
  • 11/2 C. Flour
  • 1/2 C. Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 C. Milk
  • 1.2 C. Butter, melted
  • 1 C. Fresh or Frozen Raspberries
  • 1/4 C. Chopped Pecans
  • 1/4 C. Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 C. Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Melted Butter

Preparation

Step 1

In lg. bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder. In sm. bowl, mix milk, butter & egg. Mix together dry ingredients till just moist. Spoon 1 Tbsp. into muffin cups then cover with raspberries, then with more batter. Sprinkle raspberries ontop of batter. Mix topping together & sprinkle overtop. Bake at 375 for 20 min.
