Sweet Potatoes - Grilled

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced crosswise into 1/4 inch slices
  • 2 t extra version olive oil
  • 1 t garlic powder
  • 1 t paprika
  • 1/4 t salt
  • Black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat a grill to high heat. Place the potatoes in a large glass or plastic mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings. Toss well to combine. Transfer the potato slices to the grill and reduce the heat to low. Cook the potatoes until browned in spots and tender. 4 servings 159 calories.
