  • Cook mixture of:
  • 2 cups pinto beans
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped onion sautéed
  • 3 cloves crushed garlic sautéed
  • 2 Tbs cup tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 3 tsp cumin
  • After cooking add:
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • (optional - cayanne)
