Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 sweet onion, chopped
- 4 (14.5 oz.) cans cut green beans, drained
- 1 cup chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-6 minutes or until onion is tender.
In a 4-6 quart slow cookes, combine onion mixture, green beans and broth. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
