Corn Dip

This recipe was handed down from an old neighbor, Dawne Litterst. It makes a ton!
***Best if made several hours ahead or a day ahead.

Ingredients

  • 3 (approximately 11 oz.)cans Mexi-Corn, drained
  • 3 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies, drained
  • 3-4 green onions, chopped
  • 16 oz. grated cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup Miracle Whip
  • 8 oz. sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Serve with tortilla chips.
