Ingredients
- 2 8 oz sour cream w/ chives
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 2 t celery seed
- 3 to 5 lbs potatoes
- 6 hard cooked eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Mix altogether well. Into this, slice thin cooked potatoes which have been cooked to not quite done and cooled. Then add eggs. (Can save some of the center egg yolks for trim). Mix well after each potato is added. Pour into serving dish and top with eggs and paprika.
