Salmon with Brown Sugar Glaze

Ingredients

  • 4 4 oz salmon fillets
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 T brown sugar
  • 1 T reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

- Place fish in a sprayed or foil-lined pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 15 - 20 min
- Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil
- Brush over fish and broil 6 in from heat for 1 - 2 min until fish flakes easily
