Ingredients
- 3 T Dijon mustard
- 3 T maple syrup
- 1 T balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 salmon fillet
Preparation
Step 1
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a plastic bag and add fish
- Marinate 20 - 30 min.
- Cook fish until it flakes easily with a fork
