Ingredients
- 1/2 C orange marmalade
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger root
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 3 T white rice vinegar (or other kind)
- 4 4 oz salmon fillets
- 6 scallions
- 1/4 C toasted sesame seeds (opt)
Preparation
Step 1
- Combine first 6 ingredients; heat grill; brush glaze on salmon; grill about 5 min ea. side
- Top with scallions and sesame seeds
