Mandarin Orange Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 3 ounce package orange gelatin
  • 1 3 ounce package lemon gelatin
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 6 ounce can frozen orange juice
  • 1 1 pd. 13 ounce can crushed pineapple
  • 2 11 ounce cans mandarin orange slices
  • juice of all the fruit
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in large bowl. Cool in refrigerator for 15 min. Add other ingredients. Pour into ring mold or individual molds and regrigerate. Serve on lettuce leaf topped with mayonaise or poppy seed dressing.
