Ingredients
- 2 to 4 white onions
- 2 T butter
- 2 t dried dill
- 3 t horseradish

- 4 t horseradish
Preparation
Step 1
Peal and cut onions (about 1/4" thick). In a fry pan put in olive oil and sauté onions over low heat until they are translucent add more olive oil if necessary. Do not cook on a high heat. This will take about 25 to 30 minutes. While the onions are cooking, in a separate pan melt butter and stir in dill and horseradish. Just before serving add horseradish butter to the onions and stir together.
