Baked Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 6 Medium Potatoes
  • 4 Tbs. Butter, melted
  • 1/2 Cup Cracker Crumbs
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Pare potatoes, wash and drain. Cut into thirds, lengthwise. Dip in melted butter and roll in crumbs. Place in greased pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
