Ingredients
- 1 2/3 c. water
- 1 c. red quinoa
- 2 T. chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
- 1 T. white balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 20 halved seeded red grapes
Preparation
Step 1
1. Bring water and quinoa to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 12 minutes or until quinoa is tender.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
