Broccoli Casserole 1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 package of frozen broccoli - cooked
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can water chestnuts - sliced
  • Velveeta Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Put 1 cup cooked rice on bottom of 9 X 11 greased casserole dish.
In a bowl, mix broccoli, salt and pepper to taste, soup, and water chestnuts.
Spread mixture evenly over rice.
Cover with slices of Velveeta cheese.
Bake at 350 until warm and the cheese is melted.
