Needs refrigeration overnight.

Ingredients

  • 2- 8 oz. packages cream cheese
  • 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing, original recipe
  • 1- 6 oz. marinated artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 3 T. fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/3 cup roasted red peppers drained and chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Cream the cheese and salad dressing.

Mix hearts and peppers.

Line a 3 cup bowl with plastic wrap. Alternate cheese and hearts/pepper mixture, starting with cheese mixture.

Refrigerate overnight. Remove from bowl and serve with crackers.
