Ingredients
- 2- 8 oz. packages cream cheese
- 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing, original recipe
- 1- 6 oz. marinated artichoke hearts drained and chopped
- 3 T. fresh parsley, minced
- 1/3 cup roasted red peppers drained and chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Cream the cheese and salad dressing.
Mix hearts and peppers.
Line a 3 cup bowl with plastic wrap. Alternate cheese and hearts/pepper mixture, starting with cheese mixture.
Refrigerate overnight. Remove from bowl and serve with crackers.
