Ingredients
- 12 small granny smith apples
- 1 dessert spoon castor sugar.
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- Crumble mix
- 1 cup (90g) rolled oats
- 1/2 cup (35g) shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup (55g) brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (40g) plain flour
- 50 g butter, softened
Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Peel, core and cut the apples into wedges.
Cook over low heat in saucepan with sugar for about 20 minutes or until soft.
Add frozen berries.and mix.
Crumble mix
Combine all dry ingredients then rub in the butter.
Put apple mix into pie dish, spread crumble mix on top and bake in moderate oven for about 10 mins or until crumble begins to brown.
Serve with ice-cream
