Scrumptious melt in your mouth biscuits

Ingredients

  • Biscuit mix
  • 4 oz room temp butter
  • 4 oz icing sugar
  • 6 oz plain flour
  • 2 oz custard powder
  • Filling
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons room temp butter
  • 2 teaspoons of custard powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Cream butter and icing sugar until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Sift flour and custard powder into butter mix.
Stir together.
Roll into teaspoon size balls.
Place balls onto a greased baking tray and press down with a fork to make a biscuit shape.
Bake for 13/15 minutes.
Remove from oven and when cool use the filling mixture to join 2 together to make the YoYo :)
Filling.
Cream all ingredients together until smooth.
