Ingredients
- MAKES 11/2 CUPS
- 11/2 cups red bell pepper, seeded, chopped
- 2/3 cup distilled vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 t. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 t. cornstarch
Preparation
Step 1
Combine and blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.Transfer to a saucepan;boil 5 minutes.
