Ingredients

  • MAKES 11/2 CUPS
  • 11/2 cups red bell pepper, seeded, chopped
  • 2/3 cup distilled vinegar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 t. red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 t. cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

Combine and blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.Transfer to a saucepan;boil 5 minutes.
