Chicken Wings

Mrs. L's famous chicken wings

Ingredients

  • 8 pounds of wings
  • 1 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 small soy sauce bottle (you will use about 3/4 of the bottle)

Preparation

Step 1

Remove tips of wings, wash & clean wings.

Place wings in single layer in baking pan.

Mix 1 cup orange juice and about 1/2 the bottle of soy sauce, enough to make the mixture black/brown & murky looking.

Pour mixture over chicken wings covering 1/2 to 3/4 of the wing layer.

Bake at 400 degrees for an hour or until liquid is almost fully evaporated. Turn wings every 15-20 minutes.
