Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 4 1-inch thick pork chops
- 1 tablespoon masala
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, stir together soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and ginger. Place pork chops in a glass dish. Pour marinade over chops. Cover, and refrigerate 2-3 hours tuning once. Place on 4 inch rack. Sprinkle masala over chops. Grill on power level high for 5-6 minutes per side. Frozen 10 minutes per side.
