Ingredients
- 3 T soy sauce
- 2 T honey
- 1 T veggie oil
- juice of one lime
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1-2 t Siracha
- red pepper flakes to taste
- 2 T cilantro
- 1 lb skinless, boneless, chicken breasts
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl combine everything but chicken. Mix thoroughly.
Pour marinade over chicken breasts and turn to coat. Cover and allow to marinate for at least one hour.
Grill on med-high heat for 6-8 min per side or until juices run clear.
