Ingredients
- 8 medium potatoes
- 1/2 c butter, melted
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2/3 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c shredded parm
- 2 tbsp minced fresh chives
- 2 tbsp minced fresh sage
- 2 tbsp minced fresh thyme
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. With a sharp knife, cut each potato into 1/8" slices, leaving slices attached to potato. Fan potatoes slightly and place in greased baking dish. In a small bowl, mix butter, salt and pepper; drizzle over potatoes.
Bake 50-55 mins or until potatoes are tender. In a small bowl, toss cheeses with herbs. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake about 5 mins longer or until cheese is melted.
