Ingredients
- 2 pounds sirloin tips, cubed (I like them a little bigger)
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (1.25 ounce)package beef with onion (I substituted a beef bouillon cube and 1 package onion soup.
- 2 (4.5 ounce)cans of mushrooms drained
- 2 cups water
- 1 (16 ounce)package wide egg noodles
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
2. In a 13x9 inch casserole dish, combine the mushrooms and onion soups (beef bouillon and onion soup(,and water. Mix thoroughly and add beef tips. Turn to coat well.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
4. While beef tips are baking, bring a large pot of lightly salter water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente, drain. Serve beef tips and sauce over noodles.
