Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 6 ounces shredded Cheddar Cheese, about 1 1/2 cups or more
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook unpeeled potatoes until done.
2. Chill, peel and slice into a large bowl
3. Toss potatoes lightly with cheese
4. Mix melted butter and soup together and add to potatoes
5. Add sour cream to poatoes
6. Spread into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
7. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
