Ingredients
- 1 - 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 - 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 - 1 (20 ounce) can enchilada sauce
- 8 - 8 flour tortillas
Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown meat and onions in large skillet.
2. Add 1 cup enchilada sauce and 1 cup cheese.
3. Mix well.
4. Put filling along center of each tortilla.
5. Roll up and place seam side down in a 9x13 pan.
6. Pour remaining sauce over.
7. Sprinkle remaining cheese over.
8. Bake at 350F degrees for about 30 minutes till cheese is bubbly.
