Ingredients
- 5 Slices Bacon, diced and cooked crispy
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 2 Tbs. Sugar
- 2 Tbs. Water
- 1/4 Cup Minced Onions
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/3 Cup Vinegar
- 6 Cups Lettuce
Preparation
Step 1
Combine egg, onion, sugar, salt, vinegar and water. Add to bacon and drippings. Heat just until boiling, stirring constantly. Pour over lettuce leaves or torn pieces of lettuce and toss lightly. Serve at once.
