Step 1
Mix 1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs with 6 tbsp melted butter. Press into bottom and half way up oiled 9 inch springform pan. Refigerate for 30 minutes. Spoon and spread 4 c Schwans summer dream ice cream (which is an orange ice cream) and it needs to be somewhat thawed. Then mix 4 c Schwans summer dream ice creamwith 1 (8 oz) tub pre whipped topping (cool whip) and 1 (15 oz) can Mandarin oranges drained. Poor over and smooth over and freeze 2 hours before removing from springform pan.
