Step 1
Take 4 bone in chicken breats (12-14 oz each) with skin removed and brown in a pan wiht 1 tbsp canola oil. THen in a greased slow cooker add chicken and then place 1 (20 oz) can of pineapple rings in chicken. Whisk reserved pineapple juice with 1/3 c packed brown sugar, 1/4 c cornstarch, 2 tbsp lemon juice, salt,, 1/4 tsp ground ginger. Then poor over chicken and cook for 4-5 hours on low. MADE THIS 12/17/12 AND WAS IN FOR JUST UNDER FOUR HOURS AND IT WAS DONE, VERY GOOD, EVERYONE LIKED IT.
