Ingredients
- 2 to 2 1/2 lbs boneless beef round steak, cut 3/4 in thick
- 1 lg sweet green pepper, cut into bite-sized strips
- 1 sliced medium onion
- 1 10 3/4 oz can reduced-fat and sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup.
- 1 cup bottled salsa
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp dry mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Trim fat and cut meat into 8 serving-size pieces.
Place meat, pepper and onion in slow cooker.
In a med bowl combine soup, salsa, flour and mustard and pour over meat.
Cover and cook 9 to 10 hours on low heat, 4 1/2 to 5 hours on high.
