lbs boneless beef round steak, cut ¾ in thick
lg sweet green pepper, cut into bite-sized strips
sliced medium onion
10¾ oz can reduced-fat and sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup.
cup bottled salsa
tbsp all-purpose flour
tsp dry mustard
Trim fat and cut meat into 8 serving-size pieces. Place meat, pepper and onion in slow cooker. In a med bowl combine soup, salsa, flour and mustard and pour over meat. Cover and cook 9 to 10 hours on low heat, 4 1/2 to 5 hours on high.
