Ingredients
- 2 T. canola oil, more if needed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 t. salt, about
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 4 skin on, bone in, chicken thighs
- fresh ground pepper
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup peas, fresh or frozen
- 1 T. chopped fresh oregano, or 1 t. dried
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, seasoning them with a generous pinch of salt. Cook, stirring occasionally until onions soften about 6 min.
