Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, finely minced
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup chardonnay
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 (4-6 oz) salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Favorite seafood seasoning, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil and garlic. Cook until lightly browned and fragrant. Remove pan from heat and add Worcestershire sauce, wine and honey; stir to combine. Return to burner and allow mixture to reduce by half, approximately 3 minutes. Add pepper and rosemary. Set glaze aside to thicken and cool slightly.
Rub both sides of salmon fillets with olive oil. Season with seafood seasoning. Place salmon fillets, skin side down, on a hot grill. Grill for 3 minutes and turn. Continue to cook until salmon begins to flake. Pull of the cooked skin and turn one more time. When salmon is done, remove to serving plates and spoon the glaze over each fillet.
