Rhubarb Pie Dessert

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rhubarb
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 pt. halved strawberries
  • 2 large pkg. of strawberry jello
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 4 cups Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Cook rhubarb, sugar and strawberries until rhubarb is tender. Take off stove and
add 2 pkg. of jello. (strawberry, large boxes) When cool add the lemon juice and
Cool Whip. Put in pie crust.
