Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup light or fat free mayo
  • 1 8 oz carton plain low fat yogurt
  • 2 T dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 t. dried dill weed
  • 1/4 t. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Pat the spinach with paper towels to remove excess liquid. Combine with the remaining ingredients.

Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hr. for the flavors to blend.
