Ingredients
- 12 oz cod filet
- 10 oz oyster mushrooms
- 3 tbsp EVOO
- 1/2 c stock
- 1/3 c white wine
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
Preparation
Step 1
On parchment lined baking sheet, season cod. Roast at 450 degrees F for 12 mins. In pan, cook mushrooms in EVOO over high, 2 mins. Stir in stock, wine and garlic. Boil 3 mins. Top cod with mushrooms and chives.
