Ingredients
- 3 14 Oz cans reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 15 Oz can pumpkin
- 2/3 cup sliced leeks (2 Med)
- 2 tsp ground sage
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 cup fat-free half and half
- Shredded parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
In slow cooker combine broth, pumpkin, leeks, sage, salt and pepper.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
Stir in half and half and cheese (opt) after cooking.
