Ingredients

  • 3 14 Oz cans reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 15 Oz can pumpkin
  • 2/3 cup sliced leeks (2 Med)
  • 2 tsp ground sage
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup fat-free half and half
  • Shredded parmesan cheese (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

In slow cooker combine broth, pumpkin, leeks, sage, salt and pepper.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
Stir in half and half and cheese (opt) after cooking.
