Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cut sweetened coconut flakes
- 6 unpeeled baby bananas
- 6 fresh pineapple slices
- 1 pt fat free vanilla ice cream
- 1 pt low fat chocolate frozen yogurt
- chocolate suace
- maraschino cherries
Preparation
Step 1
1. Coat cold cooking grate of grill with cooking spray
2. Preheat oven to 350 Place pecans in signle layer. Do same (another pan). Cook for 7 to 9 minutes.
3. Peel banans and cut in half. Coat bananas with cooking spray. Grillpineapple sliced coverd with grill lid. Heat for 4 minutes until caramelized. Grill banana halves 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
4. Chp grilled pineapple. Arrange 2 grilled banan halves in each of serving bowls. Scoop icecream. Top with sauce, pinepple, pecans and coconut.
