Ingredients
- broccoli
- celery sticks
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp pimento
- shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook broccoli and celery sticks (2.5 inches long) until crisp done.
Mix the sour cream, soup and pimento together.
Layer celery and broccoli in a Pyrex dish and pour soup mixture over top. Cover with Cheddar cheese. Bake coverd at 400 degrees for 20 minutes then remove cover and bake until cheese melts. Do not dry out.
