Ingredients
- 1 tbsp EVOO
- 4 bone in pork chops
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 14 oz coconut milk
- 1/4 c red curry paste
- 1 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
- 1/2 c cilantro
Preparation
Step 1
In skillet, heat EVOO over high. Season pork, brown 5 mins per side. Transfer to plate. Bring next 5 ingredients to a boil; simmer 10 mins. Return pork to pan; top with cilantro.
