Holiday Cheese Ball

This appetizer can be frozen for up to a month... great for upcoming holiday parties.

Ingredients
- 2 8oz cream cheese-softened
- 1 8oz can crushed pineapple - well drained
- 1 C chopped pecans
- 1/4 C diced green pepper
- 2 T chopped onion
- 1 T seasoning salt
- parsley or additional nuts
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese till smooth. Stir in crushed pineapple, 1 C pecans, green pepper, onion & salt. Shape cheese mixture into a ball. Roll in remaining nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap or foil. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Garnish with parsley, fruit or nuts. (I prefer nuts)..
