INSTANT POTATO SOUP MIX

Ingredients

• 1-3/4 c. instant mashed potatoes
• 1-1/2 c. dry milk
• 2 tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
• 2 tbsp. dried minced onion
• 1 tsp. dried parsley
• 1/2 tsp. ground white pepper
• 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
• 1/8 tsp. curry powder
• 1 tsp. seasoned salt
• Optional: 1/4 c. cheese powder

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. To serve: place ½ c. mix in bowl and add 1 c. boiling water. Stir until smooth. Variations: Add ham and/or cheese as desired or sprinkle imitation bacon bits over the top.
