Basil Pesto

Basil Pesto that is dairy, nut, and seed free. Great with a veggie pasta, served with fish, or poultry.

Ingredients
- 4 ounces organic basil, de-stemmed
- 3 tsp nutritional yeast
- 6 cloves organic garlic
- 1/2 tsp sea salt {or kelp flakes}
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Pulse the basil, nutritional yeast, garlic, and salt in a food processor until the basil leaves are finely chopped. Slowly stream in olive oil and continue blending until pesto is smooth.
Refrigerate or freeze in a Mason jar.
