Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c each chopped walnuts and dates
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom (optional)
- 4 t unsweetened coconut flakes
Preparation
Step 1
1) in food processor, pulse 1/2c walnuts til finely ground.; set aside. add dates to the processor and pulse til pureed; transfer to md bowl. mix in remaining walnuts and cardamom.
2) roll date mixture into 1" balls (2 tsp each) roll half in ground walnuts and half in ground coconut
