Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients

  • 2 c pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Remove seeds from fibrous portion of pumpkin. DO NOT wash. In medium bowl combine melted butter or margarine and salt. Add seeds; stir until seeds are evenly coasted with mixture. Spread out in a shallow baking pan. Bake in a 250 degree oven for 1 hour or until seeds are crisp and brown. Stir occasionally for even browning.
