Ingredients
- 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped about 1/2 c
- 1/4 c chopped fresh parsley
- 2 T horseradish
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- 8 oz deli roast beef, sliced
- 2 10inch tortillas, cheese flavored are nice
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients.
Place the two tortillas on work surface and spread half of the cream cheese over each, top each with half the roast beef slices leaving a 1/2 in border around edges.
Roll up and wrap tightly in saran wrap.
Refrigerate for 30 min up to a day ahead of time.
Cut diagonally into 1/2 inch slices and serve.
